Tania Odabashian

Tania graduated from the University of Virginia in 1989 with a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting from the McIntire Business School. She started her career as a staff accountant for Price Waterhouse (currently PriceWaterhouseCoopers). She specialized in financial services firms. She ultimately switched to the Management Consulting practice at Price Waterhouse focusing on Business Process Reengineering. In 1995, she went to work for MCI (currently Verizon) as a project manager with the Business Services organization. Her primary focus was on implementation of effective billing and receivable processes and systems associated with new product rollouts. In 1999, Tania joined Corporate Apartment Specialists, Inc.(CAS) as majority owner. Tania and her partner also hold ownership in seven Value Place extended-stay hotels in South Carolina and Georgia. In addition, they own several single-family homes in Virginia, North Carolina, and New Jersey. Tania is currently on the board of the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), the Arlington Arts Center (AAC), and SOAR (Society for Orphaned Armenian Relief). Tania passed the CPA exam in 1991 in Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP).
