Corporate Apartment Specialists, Inc. (CAS), founded in December, 1995, is a mid-sized corporate housing company providing short-term furnished apartments in the Washington Metropolitan area. Its clientele consists primarily of consultants, state department and other business travelers coming to the Washington, DC area on short-term assignment. CAS specializes in leases of one to twelve months; all apartments are fully furnished with all utilities, telephone, and cable included. Most CAS apartments include high-speed internet service as well. CAS has corporate apartments in approximately 30 locations throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Efficiency apartments start at $2,050, one bedrooms at $2,490 and two bedrooms at $2,990. 2007 revenues were $4.5 million.
