USAA Real Estate Co. and Zom Inc. have formed a joint venture to develop two stalled residential projects along the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor in Arlington.
USAA bought the Hollywood Video site at 1900 Wilson Blvd. and a small office building at 1916 Wilson Blvd. from Zom. It will serve as the equity partner to get a 191-unit Court House apartment project off the ground.
And in Clarendon, USAA will partner with Zom on a 186-unit apartment project at 1200 N. Irving St.
