Corporate Apartment Specialists, Inc. (CAS) and Century 21 New Millennium have collaborated to offer discounted home buying services to CAS clients and employees in the process of looking for or purchasing a home.  The new program, called Total Home Services, covers all facets of the home purchase process including brokerage, mortgage, title/settlement, and insurance services.  Under the program, a CAS client will save an average of $3,400 at the settlement table.  “This program is a natural extension of our core scope of services we offer our clients.” says Tania Odabashian, Vice President.  She added “The THS program will result in substantial savings for our clients and employees who are purchasing a home”.
