Founder Vicky Zack has sold Zack Corporate Housing, a provider of short-term furnished apartments, to Sam Watson.

Watson is an attorney and native of the Puget Sound region. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Georgetown Law School.

Zack leases and furnishes apartments and luxury condominiums, primarily in Bremerton and Silverdale. Many of its clients are government contractors and health-care providers that send teams to area Navy or medical facilities. Clients typically stay 30 to 90 days, with project teams having fluctuating housing needs over the life of a project.
